Payment
All orders are due in full prior to shipping
unless terms have been established. No order is final until payment is
received. A $45.00 service charge will be charged for any checks returned
due to insufficient funds. Wire transfer fees are the responsibility of
the payee. In conditions where terms are given, all outstanding invoices
30 days past due incur a 2% penalty charge. All invoices must be paid
in full. If product is damaged or doesn’t meet OPRA’s inspection
criteria, product will be replaced.
Minimum Order
OPRA requires a minimum order equivalent to $100.
Cartridges must be sold in full box quantities. To obtain a list of product
available and box quantities, please call (800) 683-7975.
Shipping Guidelines
- Cost of shipping, unless other arrangements have been made at time
of sale, are the responsibility of the purchaser including additional
fees such as reweighs, lift gate charge, residential fees, customes
fees and taxes.
- If customer is arranging their own shipping, a bill of lading must
be completed by the customer and faxed to the distribution center at
(816) 505-7126. OPRA is not responsible for any problems or charges
incurred due to incorrect bill of ladings.
- OPRA is not responsible for product lost, damaged or shorted in shipping.
Returns and Credits
- Any returns or claims must be made within 15 working days. All claims
made after 15 working days will be denied.
- To receive credit or replacement product for damaged/insufficient
cartridges you must contact OPRA for a Return Authorization code and
form. All defective product must be returned clearly labeled with your
RMA code and a copy of your original packing slip.
- Cartridges will be credited or replaced if they are labeled with the
OPRA ultraviolet mark and do not meet the OPRA inspection criteria.
Any cartridge returned that meets our inspection requirements will be
charged a restocking fee of .50 per inkjet and 2.50 per toner. Cartridges being returned for credit MUST NOT be tampered with in any way.
- All damaged cartridges will be replaced. If no replacement cartridges
are available, credit will be returned to credit card, be paid by check
or placed on account per request of the customer.
